Bergman Advanced Facial Reflexology Method

I am a qualified practitioner in the Bergman Zone Advanced Facial Reflexology method, developed by the award winning reflexologist Ziggie Bergman at the London School of Reflexology at Regents Park. This method has been developed over the last 20 years.

Ingredients

Safflower Oil – has a high content of oleic acid, it helps to restoring damaged skin and improve skin tone.
Peach Oil – sumptuous oil rich in hydrating fatty acids, minerals, vitamins and vitamin E. It is used to restore elasticity and is recommended for dry, aging or sensitive skin with thread veins.
Coconut Oil – a nutrient rich, hypo-allergenic and antibacterial natural oil helps to hydrate and soothe. It also has antibacterial properties.
Prickly Pear – Light, stable and versatile moisturiser which absorbs easily and quickly improving skin elasticity.
Camelina Oil : High in protective anti-oxidants and rich in vitamin E to condition and protect the skin.
Macadamia Oil – helps to calm and soothe irritated skin and is an excellent anti-inflammatory.
Geranium Oil – this sweet smelling oil was used by the Egyptians to promote radiant skin. It may also help to alleviate anxiety and reduce symptom of acne.
Orange – this is an emotionally uplifting oil that helps to tone the complexion and stimulate any grey or sluggish areas, such ans underneath the eye.
White Poppy Seed – full of anti-oxidants and is also an amazing moisturiser which helps protect the skin.
Avocado Oil – rich in antioxidants and essential fatty acids hydrating the skin.
Grapefruit – well known for its detox properties and rich in Vitamin C which supports the immune system.
Patchouli Oil – Helps to reduce wrinkles and skin blemishes. It is believed to have a positive effect on scars. It also tightens and tones sagging skin and has anti inflammatory properties.
Benzoin – has a warm comforting aroma that delivers a subtle but unmistakable beautiful scent.
White Sage – Purifies and protects the skin. It is believed to enhance youthful vitality and reduce the appearance of dark shadows.
Ylang Ylang – helps the skin retain moisture leaving it soft, smooth and revitalised.
