Reflexology treatments have a cumulative effect. Following your initial consultation, I will recommend a treatment plan that is most suitable for you. This may be a programme of treatments over a period of time or monthly maintenance treatments. This will depend on your reasons for wanting to have reflexology.

Reflexology may also be soothing for children as its function in calming the nervous system can be particularly beneficial. When administering reflexology to a child under the age of 16, I will need to request written consent from a parent or guardian. Additionally, it is essential for a parent or guardian to be present throughout the treatment session.
